About us...
We started this venture nearly 20 years ago. Since that time, we have acquired and restored approximately 10 units and help to advertise and rent another 11 units. We are a small organization and can therefore, provide personal attention and care that renters do not normally encounter with larger apartment complexes and management companies.
Our apartments are well kept and we are continuously improving our properties.
I grew up in the neighborhood and therefore, have a vested interest in the neighborhood and in the care and upkeep of our properties.
